Excellent Stay NEAR Everything!

Amee and Nora offered great, smooth service at check-in. They helped us understand the city. The early check-in WAS very useful. The room felt quite comfortable and met expectations.

I noticed very slight wear on some of the furniture.

The hotel's location is near Myeongdong, providing easy access to shops and restaurants. Public transport is very close, including subway lines and airport buses. Walking to many attractions WAS very convenient.

Lilly provided excellent and warm customer service. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly at all times. Staff assisted with taxi arrangements for airport transfers, THAT was amazing!

The location was very convenient near a subway station. There were also many dining options nearby. The beds provided were comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day.

It began around 7 AM and disrupted my sleep. The room size was also quite small, something I found a bit limiting.

The hotel location is near Myeongdong. It made getting around easy. Emart 24 store is conveniently located next to the hotel. I was able to purchase snacks. The rooftop bar offered great views.

The room air conditioning was difficult to manage. I raised this issue without resolution. The toilet room had an unpleasant smell. I reported this, but no action was taken. I had to collect an extra pillow from reception.

the location was great close the shopping area. many restaurants were near. yun and nora at the front desk were very helpful. nora gave great service.

the bathroom was glass and this was not something i like. it felt awkward to get out of the shower during our family trip. the breakfast did not have much variety. i got about the same thing each day.
